Returns

Gemini Media Club accepts returns of eligible items within 30 days after delivery.

How to request a return

Email geminimediaclub@gmail.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your return. Please contact us before sending an item back. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging, with any original tags and accessories. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and arrange the next steps. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us at geminimediaclub@gmail.com.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, email us to request a return using the same return window and conditions above. Once the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement item. Replacement items are subject to availability.
